Young at heart

Had photo-shoot with my cousins. Feel so old because of the theme “Vintage Summer”. I did their hair and make-up plus I took all their photos, so felt like I don’t want to fix my hair anymore — so yeah I got so tired and just decided to bun it for awhile so it would have this wavy look.

Unexpected

Week after my graduation, I went to Dusit Thani Manila to know my luck. There were over 600 applicants (felt like it’s PBB audition. lol) for Cabin Crew/ Flight attendant position and I’m one of the lucky 30 girls who made it! :) It was totally unexpected because there are hundreds of applicants and they are all pretty and tall!

We had 3 steps; First step is the SCREENING; they will look at you if you are qualified for the postion (physical appearance) and if you pass the screening you will proceed to the second step which is the IMPACT interview; It’s like a group interview but you’ll answer one by one if you pass this step you’ll have the third step which is FINAL interview; There will be two interviewee and they will ask you questions and lastly the PRE-EMPLOYMENT which I am currently doing; You need to complete all the requirements (medical, TOR, NBI clearance, and a lot more)

Imagine my no. was 109 and yet I was the 4th one to get in the position. There are a lot of butterflies in my stomach the whole time. During the screening they will call on you by five and I was the only one passed the screening, the other girls are so pretty but critic was just so meticulous. Same with the Impact Interview we were group into five and after the interview the interviewee will call on the names who will stay for the Final Interview and there were only two of us who passed and lastly I passed the Final interview! Yay! I was praying the whole time and I kept on telling myself that I can make it! So here I am looking forward to see you on-board! :)

Graduation day!

Last March 24, 2012 was one of the most incredible event I’ve ever had, though the weather wasn’t good. It was the day I graduated from Miriam College with a bachelor’s degree major in Communication. Hooray! It was a fullfiling experience, how I wish my grandmother is still here. :( I know that she’s proud of me and I thank her because these things would not be possible without her. I just missed her so much. My mom and my elder sister attended my graduation. The sad part was that my mom just stayed here in the Philippines for just a week, but then I’m so happy that she’s with me during my graduation.

After the graduation we had time to take pictures. I just can’t help but to cry when I saw my mother walking infront of me, I hugged her and thank her and she asked me “Si Mommy?” She knew that I missed my lola so much. And that final moment would have been perfect if only my MAMA and MOMMY are the one who is walking infront of me. I just told myself “Mommy, I love you and I miss you, sana andito ka pa. Pero alam ko nandito ka lang nakangiti sa akin.”

This is for my MOMMY and my MAMA! I love you both and Thank you!

Right after my graduation We went straight to SM masinag to have dinner at Yakimix with my loving relatives, family and Erl. They are my family. I’ve been with them ever since I was a born. They are my angels :)

BIG smile :D

Pastel Love

Pastel colors are very pleasant to my eyes. It has a feminine/sweet/fresh feel because it’s very light in the eyes and I have this impression that pastel colors are “mabangong tingnan”.  I chose to wear a sheer peach top and spiced it up with a champagne colored detachable collar (it can make a simple outfit more eye-catching). To look more feminine I paired it with a floral skort (shorts that looks like a skirt) and sweet fashion rings. This look is so dainty and very suitable to teenagers. Oh yes! I’m feeling like one tho I’m not anymore. haha! Well, it’s always good to be young at heart. Off to my Wonderland, with rabbits, teas, and sweet cupcakes. :)

Rings (random) from Greenhills

My devilish smile :) (Tho I’m not)

One with Nature

This was the first look from the shoot I did for Fiorel (A collection of shoes, bags and belts inspired by the Philippine Exotic Flowers by Pau De Ramos). She’s currently studying at the College of Fine Arts and Design at Univesity of Sto. Tomas. Her designs are totally great and I am glad that she chose me to be one of her brand models.

For this products I love how she matched the color; I guess the pink color gave a more feminine feel on the products and I love the way she put the polka pink design on each items especially the bag. I bet she will get a high mark for her creations. :)

Animal feel

This look is totally inspired by animal skin, I matched it with a black blazer, bag and heels to get a sophisticated look yet sexy; Animal prints are so sexy (In my opinion)

I just love how blazers can change an aura of a look; It makes an outfit more classy and decent! Imagine if you’re wearing a casual look like shorts, plain top, and an oxford shoes(any footwear actually) then you can add a little drama on it by having a blazer. Yay! It feels so comfy, I can imagine it. lol.

Bag from Charles & and Keith

The wind made my photo more dramatic, thank you my dear wind!

This is the effect when the sun hits you.lol. I guess I should sleep now before I become senselesssss. :)

Last day at Boracay. I chose to wear these sea vibes color- Blue top from Greenhills, The fabric used is so comfy, plus you can actually pair it with different items in your closet. I’ve decided to pair it with a white tulle skirt (from Greenhills) because skirts never fail to look sweeter than any other bottom. I just love the color of my Filipino handmade bag and wooden bangles (from Greenhills) which gave a splash of contrast to the sea. My sea blue slippers are from Primadonna, one of my favorite shoe stores!
Who could ever thought that you can buy a floppy hat worth 100pesos? Well, I found tons of hats at Bora and they have different styles and colors, if only I can buy all of those! It’s way way cheaper from branded hats at the Mall. Lucky me!
I’m still busy with school stuff, so I’m having a hard time updating my blog. I will update more after I graduate, cheers to that! 1 month to go!
